Rick Dilwith has 20 plus years experience in business sales and the mergers and acquisition field.  Rick been a licensed  Real Estate Broker in California since 1991. Rick graduated from the State University of New York and has  International Real Estate experience. Rick has worked in Australia, Japan and Hong Kong where he negotiated property leases and business sales.

Rick is certified and has completed all training as required by the State of California to be a Mediator.  Rick also is recognized by the Dispute Resolution Center of Ventura County to be a Qualified Mediator.

Rick and Freddie worked together for many years in the Mergers and acquisitions arena and have successfully put many large deals together.

Rick has been a contributing member of the National Association of Practice Brokers.

He has been involved in more than 100 practice sales and several hundred practice valuations.
